Un retraité de Carcassonne de 66 ans, dont cinq proches ont été blessés dans un accident sur la RN20 à Albiès le 12 juillet, annonce vouloir porter plainte contre l’État français et l’Andorre. Il dénonce un axe accidentogène et veut « stopper l’hécatombe ».
